At the moment, we only provide shipping to these countries listed above. Our team is working hard on expanding our global operations to ship our products to other international countries, stay tuned!
You can expect your parcel within the amount of business days that you selected at checkout. When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.
If your order does not arrive within the amount of business days that you have selected at checkout, please contact us so that we can follow up with the courier. We guarantee your parcel's delivery and if lost, we will send a replacement item to you at no extra charge.
Customs And Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes assessed by their local country as we have no control over this.

I've placed an order, what happens next?
You've made an order and rest assured that your Deluxe Craft Kit is on it's way to you. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to fulfill your order and a follow up confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number provided once your order has shipped.
How do I track my order?
Yay!!! Your order has shipped and it's on it's way! Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and it will have a "Track Order" button. This will take you directly to our carriers tracking website so that you can following live tracking updates!
Help! I think my order has been lost or hasn't been delivered?
Do you think your order has been lost in transit?
Although you were quoted a certain amount of business days for your delivery depending on what service you selected at checkout, sometimes delays happen and the carrier isn't able to deliver your order within this time frame. When this is the case, your tracking number may update to advice of a "delayed" delivery date.
If your item still hasn't delivered within the shipping time frame that you selected at checkout, please contact us and our customer support team will launch an investigation.
What if I input the wrong Shipping Address?
Oops, I input the wrong shipping address! We can absolutely help change this for you. Provided that your order has not shipped yet.
Please send us the new details as soon as possible so that we can change this for you asap.
Please note, we can only change and update the shipping address for shipments that have not left our fulfillment facility. If your order has shipped, we have no control on this so please check your address very carefully.
Where is it being shipped from?
Our fulfillment centre is located in Langley, BC - Canada. Depending on your ship to location, we may choose to fulfill your order through one of our Canada or US fulfillment centres.

Returns and Exchanges
Do you have a return policy?
We offer free returns for 30 days from date of delivery/receiving of order for Canada & US orders. For International orders (AUS, UK, NZ), purchases are final sale unless your item was damaged or lost in transit then we will send out a replacement item at no additional charge.
1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.
2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.
You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test when requesting to return the item and provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.
*Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.
How long do I have to return my item purchased?
